What We Do

VPDA is the premier institution for Vocational and Professional Development Skills Acquisition and certification in Nigeria. We are situated at 4, Thorburn, Avenue Sabo Yaba.

VPDA is legally registered company limited by Guarantee. We are approved by the both the
Federal Ministry of Education as well as the Lagos State Ministry of education, NABTEB and the ITF. We are in addition an Oracle accredited institution. The Academy has supported and empowered many Nigerian Youths with skills that have made them become self-employed and self-reliant; thereby making them more productive in the society.

VPDA’s training range covers the Nigeria youth, no matter their status. While our Professional Programs up scale the youth with workplace and employability skills; our Vocational Programs prepares them to start their own small business as well.

At VPDA, we have a wide scope of programs, which addresses several skills that employers of labour are looking for. As the business terrain toughens, employers are searching for talents who can help them compete.

We pride ourselves on providing a safe, conducive learning environment strategically located at Yaba the Educational Hub of Lagos and a work space where every Trainee has access to tools to excel.

We offer International and Local Vocational Qualifications, and we have partnered with International Awarding Bodies and Vocational Colleges in the UK, leveraging on Best Practice in vocational education and Professional Development Training delivery, thus ensuring our qualifications meet international industry standards

Placement Opportunities

We have a track record of getting our students placed in good organizations. We are also making arrangement with different companies to accommodate the incoming interns in future programmes.

Online and Onsite Training

Since the occurrence of the Covid-19 Pandemic, VPDA was able to transit very successfully to virtual training and we are in good stead to facilitate hybrid training if required for this project. E.g. we provided Business Support Training for Lagos State government; Eighty (80) Lagos State Secretaries were trained virtually.
