PRINCESS ADETOPE ADEBOLA KOSOKO
Princess has worn many caps in her career, mainly in the Technical and Technology Education Sector, spanning over three decades, which culminated into her serving as Registrar of the Lagos State Polytechnic, Ikorodu.
She is an Administrator per excellence, an astute manager of men, a quasi-academic, a trainer of trainers, a team leader and a technocrat.
Above all, she is a staunch advocate for the enhancement of Technical and Vocational Education (TVE) and is passionately committed to Youth Empowerment and the Girl Child Education and Development.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Political science (B.Sc) from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and a Masters in Public Administration (MPA) from Lagos State University, Ojo.
She is also an alumnus of Manchester Business School, Manchester and University of Stellenbosch Business School, Cape Town.
She belongs to so many professional bodies amongst which are, Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Management (CHARTERED) and member of Nigerian Institute for Training & Development (NITAD) and member Chartered Institute of Personnel Management. (CIPMN)
Adetope had a brief stint with the private sector, having served as Executive Secretary of the Yoruba Education Trust Fund,(YETFUND) from there, she moved into the international community as Technical Partner to Highbury College, Portsmouth ,UK
A member of the Commonwealth Association of Polytechnics in Africa (CAPA), a human resources Manager and an educational Administrator to the core, she is the administrative head of the Academy and is expected to bring to bare her wealth of experience and professional connections, to drive the Academy to becoming a world class center for Vocational and Professional Development.
